Men's Secret Struggle

The male sex drive can be a powerful force: energizing and fulfilling when it's healthy but destructive when it gets out of control, impacting your relationships, wasting your time and energy, maybe wasting your money, maybe even putting you at risk. Compulsive sexual behaviors prevent you from being your best self. 


Many men struggle, usually privately, with overindulgence or addiction to sex, porn, and masturbation. You're not alone in it, but admitting you have a problem and taking the steps to change can feel overwhelming. 

Dr. Bozard Can Help

After more than a decade of helping men overcome compulsive sexual activities, and seeing men seek help with increasing frequency, Dr. Bozard applied his knowledge and experience to develop an addiction recovery track based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Numerous studies have found CBT to be an effective treatment for porn and sexual addiction. 


Some men have a full addiction, while for others it's a desire to have more control over their choices of how and when to indulge. This program addresses either circumstance.

The Approach

Dr. Bozard uses trusted CBT-based strategies to teach men how to free themselves from addiction and overindulgence using insights, education, and practical techniques. Knowledge is power. Men progress through admitting your problem, identifying your driving forces, and implementing your personalized strategy. Follow-up sessions, many of which are brief and lower cost, provide reinforcement and accountability as you make moderated or compulsion-free living your new normal.
